Important Property Notes • The kitchenette at Woodpecker's Hollow comes equipped with an oven and stovetop, mini-fridge, sink, mini-microwave, coffee maker, and all appropriate dishes and cookware, however, it does not have a dishwasher. • Guests must furnish their own firewood to use the wood fireplace. • While the cabin is surrounded by trees, traffic can be heard from the nearby road, particularly during peak commuting hours. • A visit to the Village of Cheshire provides an authentic mountain experience. Please be prepared to encounter rough terrain such as steep, unpaved trails and stone stairs when walking to your cabin from the parking area. Appropriate footwear and easy-to-carry luggage is strongly suggested. Property Cancellation Policy Please note that this property’s Non-Refundable Period is 31 days prior to arrival.
