The easy-flowing floor plan at Cold Creek Cottage gives you options: gather together in the open center room and celebrate or find a tucked away quiet space and relax. The living room is great for conversation and you'll appreciate the ease of preparing dinners in the fully equipped kitchen. Serve meals at the family dining table or enjoy the outdoor table on the covered porch. Escape to the TV room and catch up on your favorite shows, or use the pull-out futon to make it bonus sleeping space. A foosball table and plenty of games provide activities for a rainy day. On the upper level, four comfortable bedrooms are ready for you to retire at the end of a long day. Get outside and take advantage of the beautiful mountain weather! Pond and Firewood not Included: The pond visible from Cold Creek Cottage is not included in the property rental. No swimming, fishing, boating, or wading in the pond. Firewood is not provided for guest use. If you plan on using the wood-burning amenities, please purchase wood locally upon arrival.
Noise Ordinance: Cold Creek Cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood and has a very low noise tolerance. The home is under a noise ordinance between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
