Hickory Nut Gorge Park, Chimney Rock State Park, and Lake Lure offer a summer recreation wonderland south of the Sydney Falls Cabin. A drive north along the Broad River takes you to Interstate 40 and Asheville, NC, home to Harrah's Cherokee Center Asheville, the Biltmore Estate, the Blue Ridge Parkway Visitor's Center, and the River Arts District. This Asheville vacation rental is located in Black Mountain and is approximately 40 minutes from downtown Asheville.

Sydney Falls Cabin is located in a quiet mountain neighborhood. This home is under a noise ordinance between 9:00 p.m. and 8 a.m. and has a very low noise tolerance. Please be mindful that noise travels far in the mountains.
This property is dog-friendly and allows a maximum of one dog no more than 50 lbs with the payment of a non-refundable pet fee.
Travel Insurance Highly Recommended
During the winter months, we highly recommend you consider CSA Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from potential winter weather events that could prevent access to the home. No refunds shall be provided if you cannot access the home due to winter weather.

Property Cancellation Policy
Please note that this propertys Non-Refundable Period is 30 days prior to arrival. If your reservation is made within this period, it will be non-refundable from the time of booking.
