Sunnybank is located only 2.2 miles up the beach in the four wheel drive territory of Corolla. Yes, that means you do need a SUV 4 wheel drive or truck to drive in the 4 wheel drive area. That is why they call it the 4 wheel drive area. There is nothing difficult about it as we are a mere fun drive only 2 miles up the beach.

The local gas station/convenience store, restaurants, Whale Head Club, Corolla Light house and most of the attractions are approximately 4 to 5 miles away. We are less than 10 minutes from the Food Lion shopping complex offering unlimited shopping, restaurants, bars, golf and a movie theater.
