House was very nice for 7 of us. The only thing is the house is in the 2nd floor. If you have folks that have difficulty climbing stairs ( we had a senior with us) this may be a problem. Other than that it was a great experience.

The spaces were beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable! Be aware that amenities are very limited. Bring your own kitchen and hand towels, and extra toilet paper (minor details, but important. )

The perfect family beach house!

We had a wonderful stay at this Daytona Beach house! The location could not have been more perfect, just a quick walk across the street to the beach, which made things so easy with small children in tow. The beach access point even had restrooms nearby, which was such a bonus for our family. The layout of the house was great, spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The kitchen is on the smaller side, but it had everything we needed for meals and snacks during our stay. When we arrived, we did notice a few minor decor issues, a spot on the rug, a torn pillow, and a broken bowl, but I just let the host know so they were aware it was not us. They responded so quickly and were incredibly kind and appreciative, which made the whole experience feel even more welcoming. It’s also worth mentioning that there seem to be tenants in the unit below, but we never saw or heard them at all during our stay. It was completely peaceful and quiet. Overall, a fantastic stay in a great spot. We would absolutely come back!

Love everything about this beach house. The decor was amazing, all of the bathroom toiletries extra towels and beach towels available. The fast internet was also available. Big tv in every room. The kitchen has lots of Tools. Extra linens were also available . House is very clean and smells really good. The ac was also very good. Walking distance from the beach is an extra plus. Definitely going back. My family all loved it.

New furnishings, good layout. We rented the top floor so we had a nice view of the water. Very convenient location - house sits two back from Atlantic Ave so you hear traffic, but it did not bother us as we are used to city noise. Two great and separate family areas for hanging out.

Fabulous getaway

This house is amazing, truly a home away from home! The location is superb; the beach is viewable from the balcony, and is accessible just across the street. Supermarkets and stores are all close by as well. The kitchen is stocked with any amenities you might need for cooking and the bathrooms are stocked with toiletries. Getting in was super easy and the staff was very helpful and accommodating during the whole process. My family and I will definitely be back!
