This 8th floor 3 BR condo on the ocean is lovely and very comfortable. The place is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture and has a wonderful feel. You can sleep well on the beds and the kitchen is very well appointed with everything you could need. The location works well in having an easy drive to the national seashore, going into town and has plenty of beach to walk on in front of the building. There is parking for 2 cars. Rent it—you will be very happy.

Amazing beachside condo with more than ample room and great amenities. The unit was very well furnished and on the higher end of any beach condo you will find. Close to Publix, shopping, etc. Beach access was very easy. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. Be sure the abide by parking instructions as the HOA for this condo building check vehicles daily for passes.

Being in the corner unit provided extra light from the windows along the side. The glass sliding doors provided a fantastic view of the ocean. The unit was directly on the beach with easy access along the side of the building to the beach. Cars park right next to the building which was different. It was crowded with cars and people on the weekend, but the beach was fairly quiet on the weekdays. The bedrooms were comfortable and each bedroom had their own bathroom. There were books in the rental which I took advantage of. The master bathroom was huge with a big walk in closet, two shower heads in the shower, double sinks and a jacuzzi tub. The kitchen opened to the living and dining space. The building was really quiet and we did not see other people coming and going very often. Parking underneath was wonderful and our car was not covered with sand and salt by the end of the week like it usually is in other rentals. We traveled with our two young adult children and this was the best rental we have ever been in. I have never rented from this host, but will do so again. They responded quickly when we had a question and the rental was clean and smelled clean when we arrived.
