The shoreline is described as “ever changing,” and the accessible beach area can be smaller during winter and spring when Lake Superior water levels are higher.

The home sleeps up to 8 across three bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa. Bedroom 1 (main level) has a king bed, Bedroom 2 (main level) has two twin beds, and Bedroom 3 (lower level) has a queen bed. The lower-level family room includes a sofa bed for additional sleeping space. Two bathrooms serve the home: a shower/tub on the main level and a shower on the lower level.

Living and dining spaces are arranged to take advantage of the lake setting, with a sun-filled lounge area and a deck located off the lounge and the primary bedroom. The kitchen includes dishes, pots, and flatware, along with a microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and coffee makers (including a Keurig). Additional conveniences include a washer/dryer, hair dryer, towels/linens, heat, and hot water.

For indoor downtime, the recently renovated lower level includes a family room, game table, supplemental kitchenette/wet bar, an art area, and a dedicated dart room. And while a private beach is one feature, it is just the beginning. The home features a large living area on the main floor, including a kitchen with all the accessories you’ll need to prepare a homemade meal. The many rivers and lakes nearby are full of walleye, trout, and other coveted North Woods fish, meaning you’ll have ample opportunities to prepare a fresh fish fry right on the property. A spacious dining room and sun-filled lounge area offer outstanding views of Lake Superior. In addition, a large deck located off the lounge area and the master bedroom is perfectly situated for views of evening sunsets over the Big Lake. The recently renovated lower level of the home includes a family room, game table, and a supplemental kitchenette. As the world’s largest freshwater lake is known to spark the creative spirit, a magnificent art area with a focus on the younger generations is nestled on the lower level. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed at some homes with an additional pet fee. Pet owners must: pick up droppings, keep pet leashed when outside, keep the pet off of furniture and bedding, and must kennel the pet if the pet is left alone in the home. Guests staying in townhomes and condos may not leave pets unattended. Failure to follow the pet policy will result in a $250 fine charged to the card used to make your final payment. Parties found with pets without prior approval will be asked to leave immediately without a refund and will pay a $250 cleaning fee.
