Enjoy peaceful waterfront living in this comfortable and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath waterfront condo located on the south side of Palma Sola Bay—just under 3 miles to Anna Maria Island’s beaches! Relax on your screened lanai and take in tranquil canal views with frequent manatee and bird sightings.

The community offers resort-style amenities including a heated pool, spa, fitness center, tennis/pickleball courts, and billiards room. You’ll love the convenience of being close to area restaurants, bars, golf, shopping, parks, IMG Academy, and, of course, the island.

30-day minimum stay. Please call for longer-term discounts or any questions!

Monthly rates:

January & April: $5,000 plus taxes and fees

February & March: $5,500 plus taxes and fees

May – December: $3,000 plus taxes and fees
Additional discounts available for multi-month bookings!

All bookings are subject to HOA approval, including background checks. Minimum of 15 days’ notice
