The condo has a king-sized bed in the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual sinks. The guest bedroom features 2 full beds, a bathroom with a single vanity, tub and shower combo, and a flat-screen TV. The living room features comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV. The condo offers many amenities, including a washer/dryer in the condo, free wi fi, tennis court, and pool (with plenty chaise loungers to enjoy the beautiful weather). The Essex is a short walk or bike ride away. If you have a car, it takes less than 5 minutes to get there. You will find a designated spot for covered parking near the condo, as well as parking for your guests. A short distance from the condo are many restaurants, a movie theatre, and shops.
