The layout includes 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests with a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen and twin in the guest bedroom, and a full sleeper sofa in the living area. The residence is non-smoking and has a 7-night minimum stay requirement.

The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Meals can be shared at the dining table for four, with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. The living room is arranged with a sofa, loveseat, and armchair, and the condo includes flat-screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms.

For day-to-day convenience, the condo provides towels/linens, internet access, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Beach chairs and beach towels are also included for use during your stay. The building has elevator access and parking is available; a $100 parking fee is due at check-in at the SST office.
