This beautifully updated condo is on the 12th floor and has amazing gulf, pool, and city views. During the daytime, you can relax on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful sunsets in the evening. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining room table seats four guests comfortably, and the breakfast bar seats two. The living room has ample seating with a sofa, loveseat, and an armchair. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room for watching the game or a TV show—king-sized bed in the master with a gorgeous en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen and a twin bed, and the guest bathroom across the hall also has a tub/shower combination. Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs. South Seas Condo has a heated pool, beach access, a workout facility in Building 3, and tennis courts.
