Property Description

Beautiful 5 bedroom, 2 story home with stunning views of the Marco River. The large, screened lanai offers a relaxing spot to take a dip in the heated pool or the spa. The Great Room has a leather sofa and love chair, as well as 3 chairs and a large screened television. The dining area is furnished with a Tommy Bahama-style table and eight chairs. The breakfast bar has six stools, while the breakfast nook has a table with six chairs. You can also enjoy the manatee and dolphins swimming by through the large panoramic windows. The house also has a 12,000 lb boatlift and dock that you can use. You must sign a waiver for boat lifts. Three booster chairs and two pak n s plays are available for the little ones.
