Only 2.2 miles to the Iconic Town of Duck, via road or detached bike/walking path, for the town's shopping, dining, soundfront boardwalk, and activities, or 9 miles North to all that Corolla has to offer. The community beach access is directly down the street from this home, past 11 homes, and an approximate 6 min walk, and for the evenings, there is a community picnic table area to watch sunsets 4 homes to the West at North Duck Watersports, which can provide rentals of jet ski's, boat rentals, and parasailing.
