Sound Sea Haven is a recently built (2023), high-quality home, elegantly styled, with attractive furnishings and decor. Located in the very quiet, peaceful Sound Sea Village, a classic Oceanside community in Duck, characterized by single-family residential cottages, treed settings, gravel roads, quiet family-friendly neighborhood, with a mix of year-round, 2nd homes, vacation rentals, natural surroundings, and a beautiful wide Atlantic Ocean beach. Only 2.2 miles to the Iconic Town of Duck, via road or detached bike/walking path, for the town's shopping, dining, soundfront boardwalk, and activities, or 9 miles North to all that Corolla has to offer. The community beach access is directly down the street from this home, past 11 homes, and an approximate 6 min walk, and for the evenings, there is a community picnic table area to watch sunsets 4 homes to the West at North Duck Watersports, which can provide rentals of jet ski's, boat rentals, and parasailing.

The main home offers a King Master Bedroom, 2 Queen bedrooms sharing a full hall bath, and a kid's playroom with a Queen Sleep Sofa and cool bunk seating that can be used for sleeping. The open living area with lots of light is perfect for family gatherings, while the high-end kitchen with epoxy countertops is a chef's dream. An electric fireplace and Smart TV create a warm, inviting space. With a dining table for 8 plus bar stools in the kitchen and a picnic table on the deck, there is plenty of room for meals. A laundry room and 4 areas of decking with a gas grill area round out the main home. A picnic table on the deck outside the kitchen allows for al fresco dining. A spacious deck connects the Main house with the Guest Cottage.
Guest Cottage opens to the living area with a dining table and kitchenette. An electric fireplace and Smart TV are also located in the living area. King bedroom with built-in workstation, hall bathroom, and washer dryer closet.
