Welcome to our beautiful canal home in Holiday Isle, with direct access to the Harbor and Gulf.  Bring your boat and enjoy the Emerald Coast extensively!  The Marina is close by or you can use our two boat slips (extra insurance required).  In 2018 a new seawall with two boat slips and two jet ski lifts were installed, (please see boat slip and jet ski lift details below) as well as a heated pool (heating optional for fee) and hot tub.  Sleeps 8 with 10 sleeping options. Newly decorated in 2020 and ready for you! The private gated beach is within 2 blocks (5 minute walk). 

On the first floor you walk into the foyer which extends to a twin bedroom. The Twin XL's can be made into a King bed (Please request at reservation if you would like this). Also on the first floor is a full bathroom, laundry room with a living area with a mini kitchen where you can have your morning coffee or tea.  Step outside onto the wrap around deck and the inviting pool is waiting for you!!  

The second floor has the main living, huge open concept kitchen and a balcony with an amazing view of the water.  Look down off the balcony is the pool and another outside balcony with plenty of lounging and sitting. This floor has two King bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.  Feel the breeze while lounging on the decks and enjoy Destin to the fullest.  Unique home that offers you and your family the best in beach living!
