This brand new renovated townhome is just steps from the most pristine sands and beach of the Emerald Coast!  Guest are so close to the beach, taking you chair, towel and cooler to the deeded private beach gate access makes vacationing fun and easy. This is Unit 701.

Step into a spacious home with all new white porcelain tile floors and restored wood stairs.  You will be amazed by the industrial pipe railing that gives this home a special unique touch.  On the first floor you have the first master bedroom with a King bed and ensuite bathroom.  This room has a private enclosed air conditioned patio- makes relaxing and enjoying the sunshine that much better.  Make your way up to the second floor where you enter the living and open concept kitchen with full size cabinets and all the top of the line appliances.  On this floor you will find a full jack n jill bathroom that joins a bedroom with a full size bed.  There is another enclosed balcony that is air conditioned with a built in grill.  This makes grilling on a rainy day a breeze... Grilling in the AC room with a full size built in vent makes it so easy and convenient.  The third floor is the Grand Master Suite.  This room has a king size bed and a queen size pull out couch with an en suite bathroom.
