This custom, elevated home was built with attention to every detail.

Six large bedrooms, four and one-half bathrooms give everyone in your group the space for a great vacation. The master, with the king bed, is on the first floor with access to the wrap-around deck overlooking the pool and backyard. The master bathroom has an oversized clawfoot tub and a large separate shower. Another king bedroom also opens up to the wrap around porch with a full shower bathroom in the hall. On the first floor two bedrooms, one with two doubles and one with a queen, share a Jack and Jill bathroom.

The reverse floor plan highlights a large great room with access to the second-floor wrap-around porch, also overlooking the pool and back yard. The Chef's kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite meals while still being part of the fun. The kitchen includes a stand-alone wine cooler and a stand-alone ice maker and boasts two dishwashers. There are two bedrooms on this floor, one queen and one with two twins, that share a Jack and Jill bathroom.

Both wraparound porches have comfortable seating and dining tables for your convenience. The top porch has a circular staircase that winds up to the rooftop crow's nest. There is room for sunbathing and a covered area with a wet bar and fridge. The panoramic ocean view from this area is breath-taking. A great place to have that evening cocktail.

The L-shaped pool is partially in the sun and partially in the shade for those hot summer days. For the cooler days, the pool is heatable at an extra fee. There are lounge chairs for the pool area and a table and chairs for the grill area in the backyard.
