Situated directly across Palm Boulevard, a short walk to the beach access path, and walking distance to the stores and restaurants, the Surf Shack is an ideally located home. Peek-a-boo ocean views from the second-floor bedrooms and deck, hot tub with heat included, and a private pool *which can be heated for an additional fee- see below* there is enjoyment for everyone. The main house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a large classy but comfortable living space, with a dining area that seats 8, and a trendy remodeled kitchen that seats 8 more with everything you need. There is a screened-in porch across the front of this floor, with a dining area and converasation set, and a large patio area outside the back of the home surrounding the pool. The first floor has the main living areas and 2 bedrooms each with separate bathrooms. One bedroom has a Full bed while the other has a Queen bed and a Twin bunk set.
The second floor has the primary bedroom- with a King bed and a recently renovated en suite bathroom. The 4th bedroom is the second primary with a King bed and a recently renovated en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have access to the lovely screened-in porch featuring peak a view ocean view and are comfortably furnished to enjoy the soft sea breeze.
The fenced backyard entertainment area is definitely a top selling point of the Surf Shack! Enjoy a dip in the pool, relax in the separate hot tub, cook out on the large grill, and enjoy your meal at the outdoor table seats 8. A Pool House with a Queen Bed and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower round out this fantastic area.
