This spacious 3-story chalet is tucked into the woods just behind Holiday Valley’s Spruce Lake Quad, offering easy access to the slopes, trails, and year-round adventure. After a day outdoors, come home to comfort, privacy, and great amenities. This charming chalet is thoughtfully designed for gatherings and multi-family stays, offering three well-arranged levels that balance togetherness and privacy. Guests have full access to the entire home, including one garage parking spot and four outdoor spaces—enough for up to five vehicles. Surrounded by trees and nestled on the hillside, this chalet offers a peaceful setting that’s still just a short drive to the ski slopes, Tannenbaum Lodge, and local trailheads. Rideshares are typically available on weekends, and most area attractions are a short drive from the chalet. The driveway has a steep decline, so please use caution when entering and exiting the property—especially in winter months. A vehicle with all-wheel or four-wheel drive is recommended during snowy conditions. Check-in and check-out are fully self-service via keyless entry. If you need help, I’m just a message away. Sliding glass doors lead to a large wraparound deck where you’ll find the hot tub—perfect for stargazing or soothing sore muscles after a day on the slopes. A half bath is also conveniently located on this level.
Downstairs, the lower level offers two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a second living room with its own gas fireplace.
