Beautiful Lakefront House on Lake Erie, Angola-on-the-Lake w/ Private Sandy Beach, Sandbar, Wrap Around Porches, and Panoramic Sunsets. This lakefront house is meticulously maintained and has a beautiful view and location on Angola's-on-the Lake beach. The first floor features a large living room and dining room. There is also an enclosed porch, open front porch, and side porch that can be used as additional outdoor living space. The 1st floor also features a modern bathroom with a washer and dryer, a glass shower, and a modern kitchen. The stocked kitchen has all the necessary utensils including a microwave, coffee maker, and blender. We also have a dishwasher as well.

In addition, we also have a Weber gas grill near the front porch. For added warmth and charm, the living room features a Vermont gas fireplace. The interior is rustic northern pine, with warm beach-style decorations. There are 4 bedrooms on the second floor as well as a half bathroom. Our lakefront home is located in Iroquois Bay. It is ideal for families.

The front yard is situated on a large wooded lot that buffers Lake Shore Road. The backyard facing the lake has adjoining woods to the left that offer privacy and separation while still offering a spectacular view of Lake Erie and our private beach. The backyard leads to our private staircase and our private beach of over an acre. It boasts a spectacular location in the heart of Angola-on-the-Lake.

The house's beach view looks down on the sand bluff (Stairs), and the beach. The sunset views are spectacular and the view looking back at the beach from the house (see photos) shows how private and spacious this property is. It is a relaxing experience to eat on the wrap-around porches and enjoy the sunsets and lake views (also with Adirondack chairs). The Weber gas grill can be used directly near porches to host cookouts. If you are looking for a relaxed beach environment, a rustic lake house with a private beach, beautiful sunsets, and wraparound porches, then look no further.

The beach house is approximately 35-35-minute drive from Buffalo/Niagara International Airport. Take the New York State Thruway and Interstate 90 West, exit at # 57A Eden/Angola, and then take a right turn off the Thruway onto Eden-Angola Road 8 Miles straight to Lake Shore Road and Lake Erie. (Our House is near that intersection).

It would take approximately 40 minutes to reach Old Lake Shore Road from the Pennsylvania border to Eden/Angola, exit 57A of New York Interstate 90 East. It will take approximately 25 minutes to drive along the scenic Old Lake Shore Road to downtown Buffalo. Visitors can also choose to visit Niagara Falls (70 minutes) and the World-famous Chautauqua Institution (45 minutes away, Mayville Exit-90 West), which offers concerts and family entertainment. The National Comedy Center in Jamestown New York is also 45 minutes away.

No pets, no smoking, family environment, and no loud parties, or events prom or wedding gatherings, large groups, or live or loud music. Strictly enforced!!!! Upon the end of the rental, the house is to be left broom-clean ether wise extra cleaning costs will be deducted from your security deposit/ added to the bill. This is strictly enforced!! No camping on the beach or house area. The number of people is limited to the lease agreement and strictly enforced. Thanks for your cooperation.
