Pineapple Estate has everything you have always dreamed of (and more), located in the prestigious Cudjoe Gardens neighborhood and is only 20 miles from Key West. Close enough to enjoy Key West & Duval Street for the day, yet far enough to get away from the hustle bustle and wind down. Our fabulous home is on a double lot with beautiful landscaping and has a large, heated pool to play in while soaking up the Florida sun. Relax on the large overlook rooftop patio (our favorite spot to spend the evenings sipping cocktails, watching the sunsets, and enjoying the breeze). There are four patios to choose from for the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or read a book. Outside dining furniture, gas grill, and covered screened in patio make for the best family dinners! Cudjoe Gardens Marina is only one block away for all your water activities like renting a boat or finding a fishing guide. Dive and snorkel trips are available from several operators nearby. Good fishing off the dock with bait freezer available. There are fine restaurants nearby. Pineapple Estate boasts three large bedrooms, two with comfortable kings and one with two comfortable twins that will convert to a king. Two adjoining bedrooms sharing one bathroom entrance. Plus, a sleeper sofa in the living room. There are three full baths. Fully equipped kitchen. The property is well appointed with Tommy Bahama furniture, flat screen TV's, and free Wi-Fi.
