Property Description

The view over the lagoon will take your breath away. Lovely Sombrero Beach neighborhood, just a short walk to the beach (less than 1/2 mile). Very quiet residential area. Large lot with ample of parking for all your needs. Deep water 40' dock also has a stationary kayak and jet ski dock. Fish cleaning table, fishing pole stand and bait freezer for your convenience. Great spot for kayaking and jet skiing.
14 X 30 pool.....3'6" to 6' depth Pool heat is additional if requested ($200/wk if paid in advance or $250 on arrival plus taxes) Gas grill for your pleasure.
Inside this home you will find over 1900 square feet of living area. Updated and fresh with a beautiful view. Huge screened patio overlooking the large lagoon. Large open living area with a 65" flat screen TV in the main living room. Kitchen has all new appliances. The two master bedroom's each have a king size bed and with their own ensuite bath and a 42" TV. The queen guest bedroom also has a 42" TV. The kids bunk room with an extra twin bed (will sleep 3) has a 38" TV. There is also a queen sleeper/sofa in the living area for an extra guest.
Hi speed wireless internet, washer/dryer and all the amenities you will need for a relaxing time.
One, 2 man kayak is provided for your use.

$3200/wk with all holidays and lobster weeks at $3,800/wk
$250 cleaning, $50 booking fee, 12.5% taxes. $500 refundable damage deposit.
