Great times to be had in this very nice 3 bedroom 2 bath custom home located on the ocean side of Cudjoe Key. The home is beautifully decorated with deep colors and teak floors, giving a very tropical feel. The kitchen is modern and has everything for your cooking needs, including a built in eating bar. The living room is comfortable with premium leather seating and features a large flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom features a queen bed and the third has a pair of full sized beds. From the living room there is access to the huge deck/porch area for relaxing in the sun or shade. Amenities include 2 TVs, VCR, DVD, CD with stereo, central A/C, wireless Internet, gas barbecue and anything else you may need. Outside there is a full length concrete dock with excellent boating access to the Atlantic and coral reefs for snorkeling and diving, or Gulfstream for fishing. You might choose the backcountry and Gulf for fishing or exploring as an option. There is also a large open backyard area with tropical plantings. The world class beach at Bahia Honda State Park is about 20 minutes north by auto. Nearby you will find groceries, fuel, marinas, boat rentals, post office banks, restaurants and much more. Unique Key West and all it offers is 23 miles south. The international airport in Miami is about a 3 hours drive. This is a non smoking home, but is very pet friendly! This home is a 28 day minimum rental per Monroe County Code.
