Property Description

Half duplex with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on 11th Street. The location is ideal for fishermen and families, with 37 ft. of deepwater dockage and an extra wide canal. Enter through the street side screened porch with washer/dryer and airy sitting area, into the open concept eat in kitchen and living room. Granite counter-tops are found throughout the fully-equipped kitchen. A granite island with seating for two people is also included. A large flat screen TV and comfortable seats overlook the tiki-hut and inviting swimming pool. The streetside bedroom has a King bed and a large flat-screen TV. It is an en-suite with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a King-size bed, and offers views of the canal and pool! The large bathroom is located in the hallway and is easily accessible to guests! Please note that the rods shown in the screened-in porch area are not included with this home. Cabana Club membership is not required. The private pool with tiki hut is very inviting! Pool heating is available for an additional $150/week
