It is located on a wide deep water canal with its own boat ramp that measures 11 feet wide and a dock large enough to accommodate boats up to 40 feet wide. The dock has water and electricity. There is plenty of parking for up to two vehicles and your trailer. You can clean your fish at the convenient station or relax in the swings by the dock. Enjoy the heated pool surrounded by palms and tropical foliage. There are plenty of outdoor furniture for relaxing or dining on your fresh catch straight off the gas grill. In the storage area downstairs, don't forget to keep your bait and ice in the bait freezer for tomorrow. While you're there, grab a couple of kayaks and have some fun on the water. Coco Plum Beach is just a one-block walk away if you want more sun, saltwater and fun. You can wash off after fishing, swimming, or kayaking in the outdoor shower hut, which has hot and cold water running. Relax once you're inside! Sit down and share stories about your day or go out to the balcony and watch the sun slowly sink. The master bedroom features a comfortable King-size bed and a full bathroom. The second bedroom has a King-size bed, and the third bedroom has two twins. A second bathroom is available. In the living room, as well as in all three bedrooms there are televisions. Wireless internet is also available. The washer and dryer can be found conveniently in the Hall closet. The dining area is spacious and the kitchen is equipped with a beautiful induction stove and a variety of appliances. If ordered by Wednesday prior to arrival, the pool can be heated or cooled for an additional $200 plus taxes. After that, it's $250 plus taxes.
