We access gulf or ocean by boat via Vaca Cut in only minutes.

All-new luxurious interior 2020 featuring an open bright floorplan and fun coastal décor, new furnishings, fully equipped chef’s kitchen with new stainless appliances, quartz counters, large island, two large king bedrooms w/ en suite baths, glass showers, and more! Fabulous decorated Tiki hut with string lights makes for the true keys island experience, plus wonderful outdoor space waterside, grill, fish table, fully equipped for fishing and your boat, Xfinity high speed internet, 4 new smart TV's with Comcast, games, cornhole, 5 kayaks, and so much more! We hope you will be our guest! 7 day minimum, Saturday to Saturday only bookings, unless specified otherwise. Our home is designed for every comfort, while giving you the tropical Keys paradise experience. Our name was inspired by the manatee who visit daily. Please note occupancy is very strict in KCB and enforced by local officials, so make sure to include every guest when requesting a reservation, including children.
