This lovely 4 bedroom, 4 bath townhome will give you memories of our beach that you and your family will treasure for a lifetime! You are only a short 400m walk from the county's largest public beach access. Here you can enjoy the sun during the day, and have a bonfire at night. You can run, cycle, or walk along the beach road and boardwalk. You can also walk to many award-winning restaurants from this unit. It is easy to get around the area, including to the restaurants and beaches, because it is so close.
The pool measures 40 x 30 ft and is heated during major holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.
Seaside Villa is an eco-friendly ''Earth Cents" home that will pamper you with luxury. The living room TV comes with over 1000 movies and tv series. It is pet-friendly and includes a garage, community swimming pool, pavered driveway and stainless appliances. There are also two sets of built in bunk beds, hardwood flooring, porcelain tiles, and crown molding throughout. Large gatherings can be held in the open living, kitchen, and outdoor areas. Each level has its own temperature control. Balconies are located off the living room and the 2nd floor front bedroom. Luxurious features include a large master bedroom/bath, a large walk-in closet and an oversized shower.

We understand that pets are part of the family. We welcome small dogs, so please contact us to discuss the fees and acceptable "fur babies".
You will find bathrooms, utilities and dining at the beach. There are also a bar on the beachfront.
As part of our standard amenities, we offer a beach cart and 4 beach chairs!
