The Starfish Chateau is a new four-bedroom / 4.5-bath luxury home occupying one of the most tranquil beach streets in the area. Only 400 meters from our world-famous beach, where you can play in the sun during the day and have a bonfire while watching the sunset. Experience award-winning golf at nearby Seascape or The Links Golf Club. Enjoy a scenic walk or run along the beach boardwalk. Take the low-speed vehicle to the beach, shopping, or restaurants located just a block away. The large heated pool is warmed from Nov - March and is adjacent to a cornhole field and picnic tables.
Starfish Chateau is near Destin, Florida’s main attractions, including nightlife, golfing, fishing, shopping, and more.
The luxurious appointments flowing through the home will renew your senses. The home is provided with one low-speed vehicle. (Driver must be over 25 years old and sign waiver)

The pool is heated from Nov - March.
The paved driveway can accommodate up to 4 standard vehicles. No RVs, trailers, or oversized vehicles are allowed.

Check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM to 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.
All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps using high-speed internet at over 300 Mbps. Cable TV is unavailable here, but the apps will provide thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc.
Spa quality amenities are provided, featuring high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions. It is the guest’s responsibility to purchase more items if needed.
AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
