Welcome to Frangista Breeze,


This charming, island-style vacation home is casually elegant. Frangista Breeze has a private courtyard and a heated* swimmingpool. It is just a short walk from the private beach entrance. You can either walk or use the golf cart to get to the local shops and restaurants. You may not need a vehicle if everything is within walking distance.
Frangista Breeze offers many amenities for you and your family. The first floor features a foosball board and large doors that open up to the tropical outdoors. Level three offers a panoramic view of the Gulf and an arcade machine. There is also a balcony that overlooks the surrounding area. You can also walk a few blocks west to Pompano Joe's restaurant, which has a large beach entrance and bathrooms. During the season, the private beach entrance provides two beach chairs and an umbrella.
Home Layout:

Level 1 - Queen bedroom (sleeps 2). The bathroom opens to the living area, hallway, kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry room, and pool. Level 2 - King bedroom (sleeps 4, twin bunk beds), hallway bathroom, Primary King bed (sleeps 4, twin bunk beds), along with a bathroom overlooking the pool. Level 3 - Loft gaming area with two sets of queen bunk bed (sleeps 8), and a balcony overlooking Gulf of Mexico and the surrounding area.

No additional charge for 6 person electric golf cart
Maximum four vehicles can be parked on the parking pad. There are no boats, buses, trailers, RVs or other large vehicles allowed on the parking pad. Street parking is not permitted.
*Weddings/Events: An additional $500.00 fee is required if the event is held on property
*The pool heater can also be turned on for an additional daily charge. This must be requested at the least three days prior to arrival. Because the pool is heated during summer, it can only be heated between October and May.
Daily Beach setup includes 2 beach chairs with umbrella setup. It runs from March 1 through October 31. Four portable beach chairs are also available at the house.

We will accept small dogs only if you have given us advance written approval. When booking, please inquire about our pet policy.
Frangista Breeze houses no smoking and is strictly prohibited from smoking.
Spa quality amenities include towels and linens with high thread counts and hypoallergenic sheets. Also included are a starter set soaps, shampoos, and lotions.
