Property Description

This impressive Parkview Bay 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has been updated and is just one level down from parking. This unit features hardwood floors and a private balcony right at water's edge. Both bedrooms offer queen beds and the primary suite has a private bathroom and a nice lakeview. The lakeview living area offers a large flat screen TV, a new couch (May 2023), and a Chenille Nest chair that transforms into a queen bed making it comfortable for up to 6 people in beds. This condo is completely setup for vacation rentals with a fully stocked kitchen, cable TV with Netflix available, WiFi throughout, and a private lakeside balcony. The condo is just steps away from one of the three outdoor seasonal swimming pools. A 12' X 30' boat slip is available for an additional fee per night. The Parkview Bay Condo Complex is located in the heart of Osage Beach and just moments away from all the lake area attractions including the Outlet Mall, boat rentals, golf courses, Dog Days Lakefront Bar and Grill, Backwater Jacks Lakefront Bar and Grill and many other Lake of the Ozarks favorite gathering places. As you can see, this is the total vacation rental package and you can always book with confidence through Four Seasons Property Management, Lake of the Ozarks!
