On the ground level, this unit has all the conveniences you would want for a stay summer or winter in Steamboat. Heated communal pool and hot tubs, exercise room, ping pong table and laundry facilities are all available for your use while staying at Happy Haven! This property is undergoing a refresh with a new couch, side chair, LVP flooring throughout plus many decorative updates! New pictures coming Fall 2026<br />

Conveniences such as built in cabinets in the living space and in the kitchen make organization a breeze while staying in this unit. Ski storage in a locker right outside the front door keeps your gear out of the condo and neat and tidy. The free city bus route goes right by this complex, taking you to the ski area and back.
