<span style="font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;">Welcome to High Expectations!&nbsp;High Expectations is 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhome located in the Evergreen neighborhood, close enough to the base for an easy walk to Gondola Square for skiing, dining or the transit center to take you downtown for shopping. A great spot for a large group or multiple families, this roomy vacation home&nbsp;is spread out over three different levels with over 2,500-square-feet. The main living level has a gas fireplace in the living room and is open to the dining area and kitchen making it a great spot to hang out after skiing and enjoying the mountains surrounding Steamboat Springs. New in summer 2025, air conditioning was installed on the 2 upper floors to keep things cool when the temps get hot!</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;">The sleeping options are spread out over 3 levels allowing privacy for each guest. The primary suite takes up the top floor of High Expectations. The large primary suite has its own gas fireplace, king size bed, spacious ensuite bathroom and a private deck with ski mountain views.&nbsp;On the ground level you will find a bedroom with queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom, plus the laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer (this level does not have AC, but stays cool because it is on the lower level).&nbsp;The final two bedrooms are on the main living level (2nd floor).&nbsp; The third bedroom suite has a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom.&nbsp; The bunk room has a single twin over a queen bed.&nbsp; There is a full bathroom in the hall outside the bunk room.&nbsp;</span><br />
