The Benson House is just a few blocks from the heart of town, the beach, and City Park. It is a perfect place to stay for all the summer activities and events that Coeur d' Alene offers. It's a great home for wedding parties and reunions.

The house was built in 1907 and has been completely restored, keeping many of the original features. It has been updated with all the modern amenities. New furnishings, and décor was just added last season.

The wrap around porch is especially charming with wicker furnishings creating a relaxing "step back in time" feel. The huge fenced backyard has a large new deck with gas grill, table and chairs. There is plenty of space for group games: volleyball, badminton, croquet, and horse shoes. If you have a RV, you may park it in the back. This park like setting makes the Benson House an excellent location for large group gatherings.

The second floor offers a large bedroom with a king-size bed. A second bedroom which has a queen-size bed, and a small bedroom that sleeps one. The bathroom features a claw foot tub.

The main floor has a nice-size living room and large dining room can seat 10. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities. The fourth bedroom downstairs, offers a double bed with an adjoining bathroom.

LOCATION IS EVERYTHING: From the Benson House, you can walk to any number of coffee shops, restaurants, clubs, art galleries, antique stores and shopping boutiques. The beach, with all the boat rental and water sport activities, is just a short walk from the house.

Minutes away from world famous golf courses, great fishing, bike and hiking trails, and horseback riding. Within a short distance you can ride the worlds longest gondola at Silver Mountain, enjoy Silverwood theme park, visit the Coueur d' Alene Casino, or go white water rafting.
