It also sits adjacent to a network of biking, hiking, and walking trails, offers an amazing opportunity for wildlife viewing off its two private patios, and features a private hot tub.

The Space:

Entry through the two-car garage greets the guest with a spacious mudroom with plenty of room to unload all your gear; the mudroom also includes a washer and dryer. Exit the entry area and guests will enjoy an expansive great room that features a large leather sectional wrapped around a fireplace (non-operable). Just past the fireplace sits the dining area with seats for six and a state-of-the-art fully stocked kitchen which utilizes a high-end induction stovetop. Exit the sliding door between the dining area and kitchen to find your 2nd story patio nestled in the treetops. This area offers a perfect setting for your favorite libation while you fire up the grill! The upper level also features a powder bath and a spacious master king bedroom with an en-suite bath and walk-in closet.

The lower level of the home is a walk-out basement that affords a ton of natural light between the sliding patio doors and a plethora of windows. As guests arrive on this level, they are greeted with an additional living area with a wraparound sectional and a high-end back-lit entertainment center. Continue past this living area to reveal an open guest bedroom with two twin beds and desk space, perfect for the kiddos! The opposite side of this floor features a full bathroom with a shower/tub enclosure nestled between two king bedrooms. One of these bedrooms also includes a desk for those looking to get some work done on the go. The sliding patio door at the base of the steps grants access to a private hot tub and a propane fireplace and patio sectional seating.
