This 3,365 sqft unit features four spacious bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms spread throughout it’s three levels. The main living space feels open and airy due to the abundance of windows and the high ceilings adorned with natural wooden beams and low-profile lighting. As you step foot in this unit, it becomes apparent that no cent was spared as the finishes include gorgeous circle-sawn flooring, stainless steel Viking appliances, and elaborate granite counter tops. The great room offers unmatched ambiance as it’s enclosed by a large wrap-around sofa and a discerning stone fireplace. Step out of the vast dining room and you will be rewarded with your own private patio that features a hot tub and b.b.q grill.
The upper level hosts three sizable bedrooms, all with en-suite baths and flat screen HDTVs with streaming capabilities. Though each bedroom has its own unique appeal, the master bedroom is a true gem. A private patio space, cozy fireplace, walk-in closet, and a large bathroom with a double vanity, both a shower and a jetted bathtub create a feel of real affluence. The vaulted ceiling and complex roof lines make this suite one that will be remembered.
The lower level affords two heated garage parking spots and foldable ping pong table. Payment / cancellation policies:
Payment in full is due upon booking. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $750.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 5 days after check-out, provided no charges apply. A refundable damage deposit in the amount of $750 will be pre-authorized at the time of check-in & will be held to your card on file.
Glacier Getaways Cancellation Policy:
-No refund can be offered if a booking is canceled within 30 days of the arrival date.
-If a booking is cancelled 31 to 60 days prior to the arrival date a 50% refund will be credited to your account.
-If a booking is cancelled more than 61 days prior to the arrival date, a refund of 100% minus a 3% credit card processing fee will be credited to your account.
Payment methods:
Credit/Debit card Non-refundable 3% booking fee applied for using credit cards.
House rules:
Everyone in your group must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 9 am.
Smoking is strictly prohibited at this property.
Pets are not allowed at this property under any circumstances.
The maximum occupancy is 12 people.
The maximum number of cars allowed at the property is 4.
No events or parties are allowed at any time.
There is a $75 convenience fee plus the cost of shipping for shipping any forgotten items.
A credit card pre-authorization of $750.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit if booked directly through Glacier Getaways or through VRBO. This does not apply if you booked through Airbnb.
