CANCELLATIONS/ REFUNDS

All cancellations are subject to a 5% processing fee.
If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of arrival, you will forfeit 25% of your deposit plus processing fee.
If you cancel your reservation within 8-14 days of arrival, you will forfeit 50% of your deposit plus processing fee.
If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of arrival, you will forfeit 100% of your deposit plus processing fee.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS DURING HOLIDAYS & SPECIAL EVENTS OR FULL PROPERTY RENTALS

If a reservation is canceled more than 90 days before the arrival date a 100% refund will be issued, however, the guest will be charged a $100 cancellation fee per room. For reservations canceled within 90 days of arrival date: refunds will be issued after this time only if we are able to fill the room with another reservation and at the discretion of management. There will be no refunds for reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival date. No partial cancellations will be accepted. Reservations will be held only until noon of the following day of scheduled arrival.

We have a 2-night minimum stay. During off peak times, one day rentals must be approved.

Check-In instructions will be emailed the day before arrival. Early Check-In is subject to availability, MUST be approved by management, and carries a fee of $50.

Late Check-Out is subject to availability, MUST be approved by management, and carries a fee of $50.

SAUNA & HOT TUB

SAUNA Hours are 8:00 A.M. – 10:00 P.M. Please wear swimwear while enjoying the sauna. No glass in sauna area. All sauna sessions must be booked online.

Hot Tub Hours are 5:00 P.M. – 10:00 P.M. If you wish to use the Hot Tub during other hours please notify us by text at 7168-868-2975 AT LEAST 2 hours in advance so that we can light the wood burning hot tub. Please wear swimwear while enjoying the hot tub. No glass in hot tub area. Please be aware that there are no lifeguards on duty. This is a swim at your own risk property.

QUIET HOURS

Hideaway Bay Resort quiet hours are 11:00 P.M. to 9:00 A.M. Please be respectful of other guests and our neighbors.

COMMON AREAS

Common areas are available to all guests. Please leave common areas as you found them. No glass allowed outside of cottages.

CHILDREN

Our resort is delighted to be kid-friendly, providing a range of amenities and activities tailored for families. We strive to create a fun, safe, and enjoyable environment for guests of all ages.

PETS

Hideaway Bay Resort has a strict No Pets policy. Please do not bring your pet or you will be asked to leave or make other accommodations for your pet.

ARRIVAL NOTES:

Hideaway Bay Resort is located at 42 Lake Ave Silver Creek, NY 14136.

Check in and pick up your room key in our Restaurant. (Located at the front of the property by our parking area.)

Please use the designated parking spot for the room you have reserved. Extra parking is available if needed.

RESORT RULES

Failure to follow these rules will result in a fine…

No personal speakers allowed.

All personal alcohol must remain in your room.

Do not move furniture without permission. If approved, we will arrange and assist you in moving. The wood floors will scratch when furniture is moved incorrectly. You will be charged for repairs to the floors.

Items missing from rooms will be charged to the credit card on file such as pillows ($100), robes ($145), pool towels ($150), etc.

Sauna and hot tub are for guests of Hideaway Bay Resort only. Guests not staying at Hideaway Bay Resort must be approved by management. Sauna Session can be booked here:

Guests are responsible for broken or damaged items. Please be aware – Hideaway Bay Resort is equipped with expensive and sometimes fragile furnishings.

Please do not sit on tables.

Do not put soap, bubbles, food coloring or foreign material in the hot tub. You will be charged for any damages as well as for the cost of cleaning the hot tub which can range from $150 - $500 to should we be required to drain the hottub.

We are not responsible for items left at the Hideaway Bay Resort. If found, we are happy to ship to you. However, we ask that guests cover the shipping costs. Personal items should be kept in your private room. Do not leave coolers, shoes, bags, etc. in the common areas.
