The living room easily flows into the kitchen, where large modern floor tiles, white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and marble countertops create a chic feel. The generously sized peninsula offers plenty of counterspace for preparing meals, and ample cookware and tableware are provided. Space for three to enjoy a quick snack or coffee is available along the peninsula, or you can gather around the spacious dining room table for a full meal. A side bar area is perfect for uncorking a bottle of wine and enjoying a relaxing evening in. 

Sleep will come easy in the master suite, where a plush king bed awaits. Watch a movie from the comfort of bed on the in-room flatscreen TV. The en suite master bathroom boasts a spacious walk-in shower and in floor heat. The second bedroom is bright and cheerful, with two twins that can also be converted into a king upon request. A full bathroom across the hall features in floor heat for those chilly winter days and a glass and tile shower/tub combination. An oversized washer and dryer in this condo make laundry a snap.

The first payment of 33% is due at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked.  If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates) less the cancellation fee.  The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after full payment has been received are non-refundable, unless the property is rebooked, in which case all or a partial amount paid will be returned less the cancellation fee. Trip cancellation insurance is an inexpensive way to protect your vacation investment. Call your own agent or ask us for our Red Sky Travel Insurance plan.
