Property Description

A perfect ski condo for the family! This 3-bedroom, multilevel condo is located at the desirable Telluride Lodge, steps away from Lift 7. Clark’s Market is right next door for convenient grocery shopping.   You enter the condo, and a ¾ quarter bathroom, stackable washer, and dryer are to your left. Proceed up a small staircase to the living and dining level. A large open concept so the chef of the family can still be a part of the fun! There is a gas fireplace and comfy leather recliners in the living room. The dining table seats 6, and the kitchen bar has seating for 3. There are stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and bakeware you need to make a great dinner.   The second floor is designated for the master suite. The king-size bed is adorned with the most luxurious of linens. There is a sitting room with a large comfy chair and a desk should you have to do some work on your vacation. We sure hope not! A large walk-in closet and the ensuite feature a deep soaking tub. Perfect after a day on the slopes.   The next floor features the guest queen room. There is a shared bathroom with the top-level kid's room! Games galore. The top level has a full-size futon and a half bath. The Telluride Lodge has outdoor unassigned parking for one vehicle. Accommodations in Telluride cancellation policy:

The first payment of 33% is due at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked.  If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates) less the cancellation fee.  The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after full payment has been received are non-refundable, unless the property is rebooked, in which case all or a partial amount paid will be returned less the cancellation fee.
