The fully equipped kitchen features brand new appliances including wine cooler is fully outfitted to cook meals during your vacation in your own home away from home. There is also a 1/2 bath off the living area for convenience. The master bedroom is downstairs from the main living level. The 2nd bedroom is also downstairs with captains bunk (Full + Twin). The spacious 3rd level loft bedroom is upstairs from the main living level. The master features a king size bed and flat screen TV with full size bath with double vanity and steam shower. The second bedroom shares the master bath. The thrid level loft bedroom is up a set of stairs above the living room and features a Queen bed, TV, and full attached bathroom with tub. While technically a 'loft', this space enjoys ample privacy and space, with walk up stairs and no view into this area from elsewhere in the condo. Other amenities include washer and dryer, private WiFi, and a pool for the condo complex (summer only) and hot tub. 1 private covered garage space assigned to the unit. *PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 3RD FLOOR WALK UP UNIT, there is no elevator.
