Read before booking!<br />We&rsquo;re happy to welcome dogs, but there are a few important guidelines to follow:<br />Advance Notice Required: You must notify the management company in advance if you plan to bring a dog. Please include your dog&rsquo;s breed, weight, and age.&nbsp;The Pet Fee will be added to your reservation. We reserve the right to decline any dog for any reason.<br />Rules While On Property:<br />Dogs must be leashed and restrained at all times outside the unit.<br />Rules for dogs on Fort Myers Beach:<br />Leash: Dogs must be on a non-retractable leash no longer than six feet.<br />Control: Dogs must be kept under control and not allowed to disturb others.<br />Cleanup: Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and properly disposing of waste.<br />Restricted Areas: Dogs are not allowed in Bowditch Point Park, Lynn Hall Memorial Park, and Crescent Beach Park.<br />Excessive barking will result in eviction of the dog, guests, and renters from the property.&nbsp;<br />&nbsp;
