Centrally located on Kauai, this resort is only a 15 minute drive to and from the Lihue Airport. It's only a 45 minute drive to Hanalei Bay and 40 minutes to Poipu Beach. This complex is located behind the Coconut Marketplace, where there are shops and eateries for you to enjoy! There are several grocery stores within a 5 minute drive from the studio.

Newly renovated with Tommy Bahama style furniture, travertine flooring and granite countertops, this studio is newly decorated with beautiful scenic Kauai wall art. The Tommy Bahama KING bed has a memory foam mattress for your comfort. Linens and toweling provided. There is a new 50" flat panel TV in the studio. And Air Conditioning! The bathroom has a shower and bath tub. The kitchenette is equipped with a small refrigerator with a freezer section, microwave, coffee maker, and tableware.

Cleanliness and Safety: In keeping with our high cleaning standards, our units are thoroughly cleaned for every guest arrival. Each property has been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected using EPA approved disinfectants. We pay special attention to high touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and remote controls. Our housekeepers are thoroughly trained on the guidelines and recommendations of the CDC.

Great location and space. It was perfect for our 8 day stay on the island. Great local amenities and shopping and acted like a great hub to travel to all other parts of the island. Sounds weird but a huge priority for us is AC in the room and this was more than adequate! We will be coming back and booking again for sure!

We stayed here for a week for our anniversary. This was our first time in Kauai. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location by the Coconut Marketplace was perfect! Our room was lovely and clean and the whole resort was very welcoming. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place!

Stunning Oceanfront View Studio 5 STARS
Beautiful room in a wonderful resort. Loved the view from the lanai, caught the Sunrise a few mornings. Room has beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler and a boogie board everything you need for a day at the beach. Staff at the resort were wonderful we enjoyed the live entertainment by the pool bar on Saturday night. Lava Lava beach club is right next door, the food is delicious there and so are the drinks. We saw a monk seal on the beach the other morning and lots of fishes when we went out snorkeling. Beautiful property, I would definitely recommend this unit.

Lovely condo on the beach! 5 STARS
It was clean and nicely furnished, it even came with beach chairs and extra towels. We loved our little balcony overlooking the ocean. The property was very nicely maintained and everyone was friendly. The receptionists at the front desk were always helpful. There are restaraunts nearby and the Sleeping Giant trailhead is only 5 minutes away. Great location, nice condo, would absolutely recommend!!!

Celebrated our 50th anniversary here and couldn’t have been in a nicer place, convenient to everything, clean, and the views from the lanai were stunning being right on the ocean!! It was hot and humid during our stay so we were very appreciative of the A/C unit. We used the beach umbrella and chairs, cooked on the grill by the pool, and wished we could stay forever in such a beautiful place. We’d highly recommend this condo to anyone vacationing in Kauai!

We had a wonderful time at your home in Kauai. Everything was in walking distance. Close to pool, and listening to the sound of the ocean will never get old. Incredible!

Husband and I stayed here for a week on our honeymoon. Breathtaking views right from the balcony. Great location on east side of island with easy drives to anything we wanted to do on the island. We loved the onsite grills and frequently ate meals in our patio overlooking the ocean. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Loved having beach chairs and coolers there for our use. :)
