Pelican's Place is a modern luxury oceanfront home on the beach in Pacific City. Everything from top to bottom was designed with quality coastal comfort in mind. The home boasts the best views on the beach from the stunning and unique roof top deck. There are 6 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. Truly a dream kitchen, there is plenty of room for family meal prep with a huge kitchen island, double ovens and upgraded appliances. There is a luxurious and spacious great-room with open kitchen, eating bar, amazing gathering spaces and a luxuriously huge gas fireplace. The bedrooms are lush and spacious, each with their own bath. Quality throughout including nice mattresses, linens and lovely finishes. Each bathroom and shower has gorgeous custom tilework. The downstairs den with a big TV s a perfect space for a gameroom, or for kids to have their own space. The oceeanfront primary bedroom has direct beach access, fantastic views and a gorgeous full bath.

This home is pet friendly for one or two dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night . Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.

This home is built directly on a sand dune that leads to the beach. During winter storms the sand can quickly drift and accumulate around the property sometimes affecting the ocean view. Although we make every effort to remove the sand and preserve the view prior to your stay, the winter weather makes this difficult to predict and views may not be guaranteed.

Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.

Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
