Property Description

Welcome to the Kingfisher luxury home in the stunning ocean view neighborhood of Pacific Seawatch in Pacific City. Less than a mile to the popular Pacific City beach access, this home is perched  above the town providing amazing views of Cape Kiwanda, Haystack Rock, and the Nestucca River Estuary. With upgraded furnishings and decor throughout, this home has been thoughtfully furnished and is designed to be a perfect restful respite from a busy beach day. The main entrance level features a great room with jaw-dropping views, and a large deck with a hot tub. Spacious but cozy, you will not regret your choice of vacation destination with this amazing home. 

Guests will have access to the stunning Pacific Seawatch Clubhouse with a pool and fitness room. There is an indoor salt water pool, workout room, sun deck all featuring stunning ocean and bay views. Clubhouse access is optional and requires a $75 access fee and a personal orientation and additional waivers. If you opt into using the Clubhouse, we will contact you to schedule an orientation.

Layout: Main level entry has great room with kitchen, dining area, living room, and deck access. Primary bedroom is also on this level with king bed, and full bath. Downstairs has 2nd primary suite with king bed and full bath; den with sofas, tv and games, 3rd bedroom with king bed and twin/twin bunk. Full hall bath. The large double garage is accessed downstairs with back parking. This is townhome, attached to the neighbor on one side but designed for comfort and privacy.

Neighborhood: Pacific Seawatch is a luxury home community in Pacific City with striking views. The paved streets are quiet and great for a nice walk. Homes are high-end, and well cared for. The Seawatch Clubhouse is available for guests after a short orientation and waiver. There is an indoor heated saltwater pool, a small gym, and a 9 hole putting course! Pacific City and Cape Kiwanda is just a short drive away providing easy access to the beach, pub, restaurants, and shops.

This home is pet friendly for one or two dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night. Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.

Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.

Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
