The unit also features a pull-out sofa bed in the living room, convenient for 2 guests who want to sleep separately, or for a 3rd guest.&nbsp; With a maximum capacity of three guests, this intimate space is designed for comfort and relaxation.<br />

AIR CONDITIONING UPDATE - January 2026<br />
In the late fall of 2025, the central air conditioning system at Hale Kona Kai was replaced.&nbsp; The HVAC equipment that services the individual condo was also inspected, with and any and all required maintenance/repairs completed.&nbsp; The air conditioning is in peak condition at this time.<br />

Beach gear: this unit comes equipped with beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and a small cooler for guests use. It may or may not have some snorkel gear that was left by previous guests. We do not provide snorkel gear. Non-fitting snorkel gear takes all the fun out of snorkeling, so it is best to rent your equipment while you are here.<br />
