Located in a very secluded area of Brewster's Bayside, this unit is equipped with a charcoal grill, patio furniture, and fire pit for those s'more-filled, star-gazing evenings. The first floor of this private home contains the kitchen, dining, living room, half bath, primary bedroom with a queen bed, &  2nd bedroom with a full-sized bed. The full kitchen includes a microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, and all the dinnerware one could need. The dining room seats 8 guests for those large group dinners. Upstairs you will find a full bathroom and 2 bedrooms, each with 1 queen size and 1 twin size bed; and window fans. How to get to the Private beach:
From the house you go down Foster road to Grandfather’s Lane, all the way to the end and you will see a gate there, that’s the path to the beach. 
It is quite big, from Point of Rocks to the condominiums. Lots of room and not many people. The Beach is called Sea Pines private beach.
