The this open floor plan, top floor unit offers direct views of Ajax mountain and a super central Telluride location. One of Telluride's most historic buildings, the Miner's Union was built in the early 1900s and is now home to character-filled homes. This home's location makes it a great spot for your next Telluride adventure, in the center of town, just one block up from our main street. This split-level condo provides a clean, bright, convenient place to call home while in Telluride. Ajax loft is located on the third and top floor of the Miners Union. The primary bedroom is located on the main level of the condo and features a king bed and ensuite bathroom featuring a steam shower, a separate toilet room, and a vanity space separate from the shower. The main level also features a second guest bathroom with a jetted tub as well as modern kitchen stocked with everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal after a full day of hiking or skiing. Up the stairs, you'll find a loft area with an additional double bed.

The kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, is open to the dining and living areas providing an inviting and comfortable space to enjoy time with friends or family. Cozy up on the couch and stream your favorite flick via the ROKU or gather at the table for a board game. Colorful art and modern lighting throughout this property lend to its charm. There is also a mudroom with ample space for coats and gear. Additionally, there is a washer and dryer available (shared with one neighbor).

Off the main street, on the third floor of the historic Miners Union building, this location is still just blocks from Town Park providing an amazing home base for summer festivals or winter sledding, ice skating, and cross-country skiing. A five-block walk takes you to the free gondola and chair lift 8 for easy walk-to-ski access or a scenic ride to Mountain Village. The restaurants, bars, and shops of Telluride's main street are a short stroll away and the free Galloping Goose bus also stops on the next corner to get you anywhere you need to go in town.
