Sleep to the sound of the lapping surf, watch whales breaching (in season, Dec-March) from your lanai or the beach below or catch a ride on a whale watching boat a few hundred yards from the property. Stroll the boat docks at picturesque Maalaea Harbor, with an array of shops and restaurants, a few blocks away.

This spacious (1100 sf) condo has been completely updated with all new furnishings and art, granite counters, and new resort-level mattresses. The in-wall AC in the living room and concrete construction keep things cool. Full-sized appliances and all the right cooking and serving ware accommodate your own private island feast, and the sunsets are absolutely spectacular.

The primary bedroom features a new king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also features a new king size bed.  The living room features a queen size sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress. The kitchen features a spacious layout, custom counter tops and a flat top stop for cooking your favorite meals with your family.

A heated, fresh-water ocean front pool awaits below, along with gas grills. The location cannot be beat: it is located a few minutes from everything that more crowded Kihei has to offer, and convenient to Lahaina and the airport. Everything has been lovingly and thoughtfully upgraded by its owners. Free and convenient parking. 

This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time.  If you have a late flight out, we recommend booking an extra night to accommodate your schedule.  Mahalo for understanding.
