For your safety, we have a security camera installed in front of the house, monitoring the house’s EXTERIOR only. There are no security camera systems inside the house.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
• Self-check-in is available via a smart lock with a unique door code. We will send the door code and the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival.
• Standard Check-in Time: 4:00 PM
• Standard Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
• Early Check-In / Late Checkout requests must be made at least a day in advance. Approval depends on availability. Fees apply.

• Please message us about the pet fee if you have any questions.
• The gas pool heater is not needed most of the year, but we do have one available for an additional charge. Please note that the pool temperature can depend on the outside temperature.
• Parking Space Available: The property can accommodate 5 cars comfortably, up to a maximum of 6 cars.
