-Bedroom 3: King bed upstairs with a 65" LGE Smart TV, ensuite bathroom, patio, and ceiling fan. This master suite is a luxurious haven with a large walk-in closet featuring a small vanity and magnified mirror. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement, and receive a WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. If your pet is accepted, the pet fee, which covers both hosting and pet cleaning, will be added to the reservation. Some restrictions apply.
-Pet Fees:
Nightly Pet Fee: $25 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $100 and a maximum charge of $350.
Monthly Pet Stays: $450 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet each month. Pet Cleaning Fee: $100 per stay.
