<span style="font-size:14px;">This&nbsp;contemporary 2-story, 2+ bedroom, 1 3/4-bath home is the perfect retreat for your family vacation! &nbsp;The first floor features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, a spacious living area with a gas fireplace and a hide-a-bed, a generous dining area, and a gourmet kitchen with upscale appliances and granite countertops. There are two bedrooms (one of which includes a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer ). Each bedroom features&nbsp;1-queen size bed, as well as monitors with wireless for streaming Netflix (*on your account). Separate doors allow access to the adjoining rear deck. &nbsp;Sandwiched between the two lower bedrooms is 1-full bath. &nbsp;The second floor features an open loft sleeping area with 1-queen size bed&nbsp;and an adjoining 3/4-bath. &nbsp;An expansive window area combined with a Westerly exposure lets lots of sunlight into this bright and cheery home. &nbsp;Just outside the rear deck is a gas grill and your own private hot tub, newly installed! &nbsp;This pet-friendly (2-Pets Max, No Exceptions) and monitored family vacation property will sleep 6 to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy).&nbsp;<span calibri="">Have a larger group?&nbsp; This cabin pairs well with Cabin #75, located right next door!</span></span></p>

WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee&rsquo;s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.&nbsp; Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.</span></span></p>
