You'll be Sitting in the Lap of Luxury!  No expense was spared in the complete remodel of this 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bath luxury townhouse style condo.  The floor to ceiling remodel features high-end flooring, new fixtures, new cabinetry, and new appliances plus new furnishings and accompaniments.  The main floor features one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and a flat screen monitor, a half bath with an American Standard pedestal sink, a fully equipped kitchen with marble countertops, ceramic tile flooring, a Fisher and Paykel refrigerator/freezer, a matching Fisher and Paykel double drawer dishwasher, a Jenn Air range/oven, plus a GS microwave oven...all in stainless, of course!  The living room features a comfortable leather seating, a dining table for four, a flat screen monitor, a breathtaking House of Fire gas fireplace encased in marble, and a walk-out balcony with forested territorial views.  Ascending the staircase to the top floor reveals a loft  bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and another flat screen monitor, a tiled 3/4 bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer round out the package.  This Wi-Fi equipped and monitored family vacation property will comfortable sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property.  At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free wifi, a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler play room. The grounds have bbq/picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to treat this private residence with the utmost respect at all times, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitees actions, and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.
