<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Back on board after a recent refresh (including a new air conditioning system, fixtures, flooring, furnishings, and a covered extension to the right deck), this cute little single-story &quot;Gingerbread Cottage&quot; is located within a wooded area and features one bedroom with 1-king sized bed, a 3/4 bath with a double shower, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer, an open living/dining area, a DVD/monitor, and a freestanding gas fireplace. Outside the front door is a new private outdoor hot tub and&nbsp;gas grill. This Wi-Fi-equipped, pet-friendly (2-pet Maximum, No Exceptions) and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 2 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).</span></span></p>

SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, and nature viewing. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don&#39;t forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!</span></span><br />

Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee&rsquo;s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.&nbsp; Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.</span></span></span></p>
